[Argentina] Empanadas
TransDad
Empanadas are a traditional Argentinean savory turnovers filled with mince meat, onion and spices, eaten in all the territory with small local variations. Some provinces include green onions and boiled potatoes while others prefer raisins and even green peas but despite these little variations it's one of the staples of Argentinean cuisine that embellishes most tables during family dinners and get-togethers with friends as well as an usual takeout option, chosen by its low price and versatility. Even our sub 20 national soccer team eats empanadas during their celebrations as shown in one of the attached pictures.
