Technically speaking, the first 'Greek' stamp was from the Ionian islands, though at that time they were under British rule, deemed the United States of the Ionian Islands, and the face on the stamp is Queen Victoria so no thank you. The first 'proper' Greek stamp were the 'Large Hermes heads,' designed in France, transported to Athens, then used until the Small Hermes heads began fazing it out in 1886.

South Africa, 1853 — https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postage_stamps_and_postal_history_of_the_Cape_of_Good_Hope
"On 1 September 1853, the first adhesive postage stamp in Africa was issued in the Cape of Good Hope, a British colony at the time. The triangular shaped stamp became known as the 'Cape Triangular'. The stamps depicted the reclining figure of Hope, in homage to the Cape of Good Hope. The triangular shape of the stamp was a unique design for a stamp during this period." https://www.sahistory.org.za/dated-event/first-postage-stamp-africa-issued-cape-colony
