Indian Street Food

Overall Indian Street food is full of flavours and colours and the stamp set available on the store is quite dull and some dishes aren’t appropriate to be called street food. I want the stamps to better in design with vibrant colours. Laddoo should be removed immediately from the list
Here are a few suggestions for the Street Food:
Vadapav
Dosa
Chaat/Bhel
Idli-Vada
Momos

YashvardhanJ, I am a bit surprised by your post, and many of us consider the
Indian Street Food set
a nice design. If you lived in Germany and made the comments regarding the local
Guten Appetit
Premium food set I could understand and support it.I am not an Indian but an international observer, and wanted to register a different opinion. I am a bit worried, as we have seen this happen before and a nicely designed stamp set was lost as a result - the
Antojito
one, now super rare after some local users voiced opposition to it.As imperfectcactus stated, there are many, many countries with little to show in stamps of their own, and I consider that the most important focus for action from the small staff at Slowly team.

ImpossibleTwin: Thank you for pointing it out and you’re right, the first priority should always be the countries who doesn’t have enough or no stamps. I want want the Laddoo stamp to be replaced especially since it’s not a street food and above mentioned were some suggestions, in no way I want them to create a whole new set, rather just add a bit of touch to the existing one.

YashvardhanJ: Ah, wonderful, thank you!

No offense but, this doesn't seem like a priority to me. India has 20 stamps in total, and there are countries out there with no stamps whatsoever.
I feel like this discussion would be fair once every single country has gotten their respective stamps I mean, this is actually the goal Slowly has set: "... to provide regional free stamps for each country and increase the coverage of regional premium stamps."

imperfectcactus: thank you for saying this.
I completely agree.
Also if Slowly starts to revision and update all of the existing stamps they will be doing just that. Many people are not happy with their local stamps, myself included, but that's not the priority.
It is also hard to support any requests containing "I want" and "should be done immediately".
Yann2
imperfectcactus: well said, and I fully agree. Thank you for pointing it out!
Yann2
Nonethewiser: Spot on.
I had some thoughts about another post here which demanded changes to a country's Location stamps, as the poster saw some of them as representative of 'Colonialism'.
India is absolutely well served with very many stamps, and as imperfectcactus pointed out, there are many other places which need attention.
The language in the OP above, as you mentioned, is also not the best for a community based project. Thank you!

ImpossibleTwin: How do I delete the post?
Yann2
YashvardhanJ: You could request to Shiro from Slowly to
close the topic
if you like. I included their tag here so they should see this, and maybe reply. You can also tag them yourself and confirm that is your wish. Have a good weekend! 🙂
