The Old Town Riga is full with beautiful houses, that have been there for a long, long time, and it kind of makes you travel back in time and see a part of history. It's included in UNESCO World Heritage List. As Latvia has very few (only two I think) stamps on Slowly, I think, that this one could be a starring addition.
