[Taiwan] Neko cafes

I think it would be nice to have a stamp about the Neko cafes, characteristic cafes that have combined the catering service with the beloved felines and which are a truly precious gem. The first neko coffee was opened in Taiwan.

Thank you for this suggestion - I had heard about the Cat Cafés in Japan, but visiting the Wikipedia link you provided got me to learn a lot more about them.
Including how nice some of the spaces are (more like a living room or lounge setting than a normal café space).
Plus, the fact that some of the cafés operate as 'adoption centers' and help stray cats find new, permanent homes. This is a great idea, and there are stats listed mentioning how some helped reduce the percentage of cats euthanized (ie, killed for lack of space) in some shelters.
