Although sinitic culture is the maintream in Taiwan, there are also currently officially 16 recognized native Taiwanese ethnicities, which own their own cultures. I thought it would be interesting to have a stamp set with features of each (or selected) ethnicity, for example the boat for Tao people, or the hundred-step snake for Paiwan people. It would be great if the main ethnicities which are not originated in Taiwan are also included, for example the Hakka and Min, and even the Goa-seng-langs if it is not too controversial. Every ethnicities are equally important and form our diverse unique Taiwanese culture right now!
