Khamani_LC, to "vote" for a Saint Lucia stamp you either need to go to an existing stamp request for Saint Lucia and/or add a stamp request of your own.

xlizellek please note that the Slowly team made already the Fete La Rose stamp, they actually unified the festivity with Fete La Marguite and changed the name of my post:
These two are different days and different festivities, both about flowers, so they made a single stamp instead of two, available both days
